About
The Food Liberal was founded by the Freefrom Foods International Association (“FFIA”, “the Association”).
The Association was founded in 2018 with the mission of discovering freedom through the correct knowledge in food, diets and lifestyle choices.
We hope to deliver truth and information that encourages wiser decisions for holistic wellness.
Achieved World Record
In 2018, FFIA organized the first 3-day Freefrom Festival at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and achieved a Guinness World Record, The Largest Packaged Food Word, on 8 July at the event with 1,111 gluten-free bread. We formed four alphabets ‘F-R-E-E’ with the bread to symbolize freedom: eat and live with freedom. All bread were donated to Food Angel right after the end of the event.
With our delight, members from the "Child Development Fund" also participate at this world record event and have fun in our cooking workshops.
Our Service
Beginning in 2018, FFIA has been organizing gluten-free cooking classes for those who are health conscious. As One Cooking Academy was established later in the same year as an online school to reach broader audience with increased flexibility.
We hope to offer gluten-free solutions through As One Cooking Academy and redefine this sector to make gluten-free cooking as a healthier choice for most people.
